True Health Assessment

Maybe it’s time to stop in May and just Be.  Most of us seem excited about the arrival of May and that Spring that has finally begun to show itself.  This month and the fresh spring air tends to bring a feeling of new life, opportunity, and maybe even a hint of excitement for the change.  Before long, summer will arrive as well and the change of the season will once again have us taking a breath but of warmer air.  I’m all for appreciating the seasons, but Maybe we could just stop and just Be.  Just Be.  It’s important to really take time daily to fill ourselves up with everything that we really should take time to fill ourselves up with.  When is the last time that you just blissed out and took time to pray; when you took time to focus on the most important areas of your life that need attention? Maybe you just need to let May Be perfect exactly as it is.  Maybe you just need to notice how perfect you May Be.  Maybe you have the chance on this first day of May to think of everything that you want to Be. Maybe it’s time to remember what it is like to Maybe dream, be grateful, and Maybe, just maybe instead of looking forward to summer or even tomorrow you just May Be.  Take some time for yourself today and every day in the month of May for yourself and see where this month takes you when you actually spend time in gratitude, reflection, and intention.

May. Be.
